Plymouth State University celebrated its 134th commencement on Saturday, May 21, presenting diplomas to 692 graduates. PSU President Donald P. Wharton conferred bachelor of fine arts, bachelor of arts, bachelor of science and associates of arts degrees upon the graduates.
