The libraries in Cape Elizabeth, Scarborough and South Portland have received donations from the Jeremiah Cromwell Disabilities Center in Portland, adding 25 books on special needs topics to their collections.
The donation consists of 15 books for parents and educators of children with developmental disabilities, and 10 books for children with disabilities and their peers and siblings.
