On April 8, the Westbrook Chamber of Commerce, Cub Scout Pack 70 and girls from the Westbrook Girl Scouts participated in the Maine Heroes Parade in Portland.
The parade was a celebration of Maine’s soldiers both past and present. It also featured an appearance by members of the New England Patriots who brought the Super Bowl trophy to Portland for the second consecutive year.
The Westbrook float featured live music by the Bob Charest Band, and the kids joined the chamber members in tossing candy to the crowd.
