The Retired and Senior Volunteer Program of Southern Maine Agency on Aging is looking for volunteers age 55 and over for several volunteer opportunities.

Do you enjoy working with clothes? There is an opportunity to manage and organize a clothes closet for a non-profit organization in the Greater Portland area.

There is always a need for people to do data entry and light clerical work. You can choose the time you are available.

If you love toddlers, we have an opportunity for you. Join our “Born To Read” group where you read to children in a childcare site once a week. The agency would help you find a location near your home. This is a “win-win” situation for an interested volunteer.

Help your older neighbors or friends sign up for the new Medicare D Prescription Drug coverage. Training will be provided.
