Stolen truck
On March 12, at 7:09 a.m., a Chamberlain Road resident reported the theft of his pick-up truck. The vehicle was parked in front of the person’s home with the keys in the ignition. The vehicle was quickly located on nearby Robinson Street.
Damaged door
On March 12, a Beech Ridge Road resident reported that someone had thrown a beer bottle at the front door causing some minor damage.
Stolen lift
On March 13, workers at the Oak Hill Exxon reported the theft of an automobile lift. Police believe someone took the lift from the business thinking it was scrap metal. The lift is valued at $2,000.
Stolen check
On March 13, a Spurwink Road business reported that someone had stolen a check from the mail and cashed it. The check was cashed last April and was for $85.
Threatened driver
On March 13, a cab driver reported that he was delivering some wine to a Camper Down Elm resident and was threatened by the resident’s son.
Graffiti
On March 14, the Dead River Company reported that someone sprayed graffiti on the Orion Center on Rt. 1.
Damaged mail box
On March 14, a Hearn Road resident reported a smashed mailbox.
Assault
On March 14, police received a complaint from a female high school student regarding some inappropriate touching by a male student. The case remains under investigation.
Fisticuffs
On March 17, police responded to a fight at County Road. Police believe the fight began between a backseat passenger and driver while the vehicle was moving when the passenger began pulling the driver’s hair. The driver pulled over and while the two were arguing the passenger threw a rock through the passenger side window. Police expect to issue summonses for the incident.

Ronald L. Peterson, 38, of Waterboro Road, Hollis, was arrested and charged with violation of protection from abuse order.
March 16
Herbert D. Johnson, 23, of Main Street, Saco, was arrested at Bed Bath & Beyond on a warrant charge of failing to appear/unlawful use of license.
March 17
Larry E. Williams, 42, of New Settlement Road, Hiram, was arrested at Puffin Stop and charged with illegal attachment of plates, possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of useable amount of marijuana.
March 18
Jake R. Phinney, 18 of Harbor Place, South Portland, was arrested on Route 114 and charged with operating after suspension, illegal transportation of drugs by a minor, violation of bail, and a warrant charge of assault.
Kimberly Doody, 45, of Westbrook Street, South Portland, was arrested at Eight Corners and charged with operating after suspension, operating a defective motor vehicle, and displaying fictitious inspection sticker.
Angela R. DeMille, 23, of Broadturn Road, Scarborough, was arrested on Broadturn Road on a warrant charge of failing to appear/HO, unlawful possession of scheduled drug paraphernalia.

Susan Montgomery, 36, of Old Orchard Road, Saco, was summonsed on Route 1 for failing to produce evidence of insurance and operating after suspension.
March 15
Nathan Theberge, 25 of Purington Avenue, Mechanic Falls, was summonsed on Haigis Parkway for operating to avoid traffic control device.

Alan S. Esty, 48, of Northeast Road, Standish, was summonsed on Pleasant Hill Road for failing to display current/valid inspection and failing to produce evidence of insurance.
Elizabeth L. Skypeck, 52, of Fenway Road, Cape Elizabeth, was summonsed on Fogg Road for failing to produce evidence of insurance.

Joshua N. Peterson, 30, of Coach Lantern Lane East, Scarborough, was summonsed on Gorham Road for operating with expired license – 90 days, operating unregistered motor vehicle 150 days expired and failing to display current/valid inspection.
Stephen M. Savage, 54, of Highland Street, Biddeford, was summonsed on Payne Road for speeding 20 to 24 mph over limit.
A juvenile, 16, of Coulthard Farms, Scarborough, was summonsed on Route 207 for speeding 15 to 19 mph over limit.
