The Gorham Town Council will consider next week whether to send a $3 million bond issue for road repair to voters in June.

The council will meet at 7 p.m. on Tuesday, April 4, in the high school auditorium.

“We’ve made quite a bit of progress over the years but still have roads that need work,” said Town Manager David Cole.

Cole said the bond would be for unspecified roads. If the council favors sending the measure to referendum, a public hearing would be held on Tuesday, May 2. The election is on Tuesday, June 13.
