The seniors on the Westbrook softball team, (fro left) Susie Stauble, Aly Bourgeois, Ali Stauble, manager Sarah Zwicker, Jenny Blais, Kaila Kelly, Jill Bernier and Alicia Wescott, went out in style last week, winning their final home game, 4-2 over Marshwood. The Blue Blazes jumped out to a 1-0 lead in the second inning, fell behind briefly, 2-1, when the Hawks batted in the third, then battled back with two runs in the bottom of the third and an insurance run in the fourth. Maria Romana pitched the complete game with four strikeouts for the win. The Blue Blaze (2-13) were set to wrap up their 2006 season last night (Tuesday) at Noble (5-8).
