The Gorham Planning Department announced that the site walk at 4 p.m. today (Oct. 12) for the asphalt plant and quarry proposed on Mosher Road by Shaw Brothers Construction has been postponed.

The construction company asked for the postponement following the heavy rainfall in the past 12 hours, according to the town’s planning office.

Planners haven’t set another date for the site walk as yet.
