When this photo of Brown Street at North Street, left, was taken, the store on the corner was Dyer’s Market and the bar on the opposite corner was Andy’s Tavern. The building to the right of the store on North Street was the Robert G. Fortin Furniture Co. The store is now Olivia’s Restaurant. The Fortin furniture building is gone, replaced by a multi-unit tenement building. Andy’s Tavern is now the Skybox.
