Vandalized decorations

On Dec. 12, at about noon, a resident on Shore Road reported that about $100 in damage was done to Christmas decorations in the yard.

Big-time burglary

On Dec. 14, at about 6:40 p.m., a resident of Ocean House Road reported that more than $50,000 worth of silverware and jewelry was stolen from the home.

Wendy D. Neal, 47, Longfellow Drive, was arrested on Sawyer Road on a charge of attaching false plates.

Dec. 14

Gary J. Odlin, 51, Ocean House Road, was arrested on Spurwink Avenue on charges of operating after suspension, possession of a usable amount of marijuana and carrying a concealed weapon.

A male juvenile, 16, Cape Elizabeth, was arrested on Mitchell Road on charges of burglary of a motor vehicle, receiving stolen property and possession of drug paraphernalia.

A male juvenile, 15, South Portland, was arrested at the Cape Elizabeth Police Department on charges of motor vehicle burglary and receiving stolen property.

Anna Ragon, 23, Spurwink Avenue, was issued a summons on Route 77 for an expired inspection.

A male juvenile, 17, Cape Elizabeth, was issued a summons for terrorizing.

Angela Cook, 41, Emory Street, Portland, was issued a summons on Spurwink Avenue for speeding 50 mph in a 30 mph zone.

Manuel Jimenez, 29, Anglers Road, Windham, was issued a summons on Route 77 for speeding 57 mph in a 35 mph zone.

Ross Volin, 27, Lawson Road, was issued a summons on Route 77 for failing to produce insurance.

Phillip St. Germain, 48, 7 Channel View Road, was issued a summons on Route 77 for an unregistered motor vehicle.

A female juvenile, 17, Cape Elizabeth was issued a summons for possession of a scheduled drug.

Dec. 16

Heather Petrilk, 31, Pilgrim Road, South Portland, was issued a summons on Sawyer Road for an unregistered motor vehicle.

Rescue

Between Dec. 12 and Dec. 18 the Cape Elizabeth Rescue Squad transported three patients to Mercy Hospital and two patients to Maine Medical Center.

On Dec. 12, at about 3:30 a.m., the fire department responded to a mutual aid call in Scarborough; on Dec. 15, to an oven-fire call at about 10:30 a.m. in South Portland; and on Dec. 15, an odor investigation call at about 5:50 p.m. on Columbus Road.
