The Westbrook American reported on March 14, 1962, that Ralph Willis had been re-elected to the Board of Selectman and Phil Hill won a seat as selectman, filling an expired term. Willis was chairman of the board. Re-elected were both Ralph Newell as town clerk and Mrs. Merle Brofee to the school committee.
