Duo in Bar Mills concert
The Kolosko Dimow Duo will be in concert at 7:30 p.m. on Saturday, at Saco River Grange Hall, 29 Salmon Falls Road, Bar Mills.
Nathan Kolosko plays the guitar and Carl Dimow flutes. The duo formed in 2005 and last winter released a CD, “Nostalgia,” music from South America. The concert will feature selections from the CD.

Church plans Octoberfest for teens
The Bar Mills Community Church, 13 Hermit Thrush Drive, is hosting “Octoberfest” from 6-8:30 p.m. on Sunday, Oct. 28.
Teenagers are invited to go dressed in costumes, but not face masks. Four prizes will be awarded for costumes. The categories are most creative, scariest, funniest and favorite movie or TV character.
The event will include surprises, games, food, fellowship and a Christian rock band. For more information, call 929-6552.
BEHS drama seeks auction donations
Bonny Eagle High School theater students will have an auction on Friday, Nov. 2, to raise money for a trip to Europe.
They were selected and received an invitation to attend the American High School Theater Festival in Edinburgh, Scotland, in August. The invitation to participate in the festival is an opportunity and honor for students to see amateur and professional theater from around the world, and also to participate in the world-renowned festival.
The students are currently accepting any and all donations to help fill the live benefit auction.
Items of interest include antiques, toys, dishes, games, dolls, jewelry, clothing, paintings, pictures, books, furniture, household items, gift cards, vintage items, vehicles, crafts, linens, etc.
