A small-business information seminar, which will will provide an overview of assistance services available for small business owners and those interested in small-business ownership, will be held Wednesday, Dec. 5, from noon-2 p.m., at the Scarborough Public Library.

The free seminar is a joint effort between the U.S. Small Business Administration and the Scarborough Public Library.
