The first in what will be a series of ward meetings to be held by Mayor Bruce Chuluda will take place on Tuesday, Feb. 26, at the Canal School. The meeting will begin at 7 p.m. in the library. The purpose of the meeting is to allow Ward 2 residents in particular, but residents from any ward may attend as well if it is convenient for them, to speak with the mayor and members of his administrative team about any city related matter of concern to them. Our city councilors are also invited to attend and participate. This is another opportunity for residents to share their concerns and opinions with their elected leaders in a very open and informal setting. Similar meetings will be scheduled around the city in our other wards as the year goes on. We look forward to residents taking advantage of this opportunity to be heard.
