Police arrested a man wanted on several Westbrook warrant charges Monday.

David McAuliffe, 43, of Westbrook, was arrested at around 6:30 p.m. at a halfway house in Saco.

McAuliffe’s Westbrook charges include negotiating a worthless instrument and violation of conditions of release. According to Westbrook Police Chief Bill Baker, several other police departments also had warrants out for his arrest.

Westbrook and state police have been collaborating in an effort to track down wanted criminals, Baker said.
