Mike Foustoukos of Gorham was selected as a SMAA third team all star this season. Foustoukos led the league in rebounds with 11.3 per game and blocked 86 shots to anchor the Rams defense.

Gorham’s Andrew Arena was selected to play in this week’s senior all star game. Arena twice hit for six three pointers in a game this season and he averaged 38 percent from beyond the three-point line.

Westbrook 25
Westbrook senior Kyle Sanborn was selected to the SMAA first team all stars. Sanborn averaged 16 points per game for the Blue Blazes this season.

Bonny Eagle’s Casey McKague, shown in a game against Portland from last season, was named the winner of the Gary Randall Award, given to the SMAA’s top sportsman. A 6-foot-5 senior center for the Scots, McKague missed nearly the entire season with a blood clot. Bonny Eagle coach Rick Simonds called the award “a wonderful honor for a special young man.”
