Bonny Eagle’s Jamie Ruginski, shown here competing at the Maine Class A state championships earlier this month, won the New England 300-meter hurdles championship at the New England high school track championships at Thornton Academy last Saturday. Ruginski won the title with a time of 38.98 seconds.
