The turn-of-the-century photo on the left shows Main Street looking east from Speirs Street. The stairs visible in the right lower corner are in front of the Danish Lutheran Church, which is now the Trinity Lutheran Church. The other buildings in the photo are long gone, as are the trolley car tracks that ran the length of Main Street. On the right is the same area today, with the Westbrook Public Safety Building prominent in the center right of the photo.
