The Westbrook American reported on Aug. 21, 1963, that Janice Norberg of Gorham was hostess for a bridal shower honoring Judith Jones of Quaker Hill, Conn. The event was held at the home of Norberg’s parents, Mr. and Mrs. Clayton Norberg of Day Road. Jane Norberg of Westbrook assisted the hostess.

Mildred Gorham of Salmon Falls, Mr. and Mrs. Bruce Emery of Buxton and Vera Huff of Hollis attended the New England Grange Lecture conference in Amherst, Mass.
