Residents concerned that they may be footing the bill for renovations to the roof of the public safety building need not worry. “It’s all covered under warranty,” says Mayor Bruce Chuluda. According to City Administrator Jerre Bryant, an installation error on the less-than-five-years-old building caused shingles to fall apart and nails to fall out of the roof. The entire roof is being replaced and paid for by the contractor.
