“Hand Hygiene: Lifesaving at your Fingertips” is the topic for

April’s monthly Mended Hearts meeting for heart-event survivors, their loved ones and anyone interested in staying heart-healthy.

Dorothy LaMarre, RN, of Maine Medical Center Infection Control will speak Thursday, April 2, at 7 p.m. at the Maine Medical Center Learning Resource Center, 100 Campus Drive, Scarborough.

All are welcome.

Mended Hearts meetings are held on the first Thursday of the month. Upcoming meetings topics include: “Cardiac Electrician,” with Dr. Charles Carpenter on May 7; “The Living Well Program”; and “Creating a Healing Garden – Indoors or Out.”
