The Scots (2-3), led by triples from Stefanie Stockwell and Connie Grovo, scored four runs in the top of the sixth, but their comeback attempt fell just short as the Riots held on for the win. The Scots bounced back with a 2-1 win over Cheverus on May 4, as Hannah Goodale fired a one-hitter and Messina Provencher had a two-run double in the sixth to secure the win for the Scots. Bonny Eagle is scheduled to face McAuley on the road on May 8 at 4 p.m. and then return home on May 11 to take on Sanford at 4 p.m.
