The Westbrook American reported on May 20, 1964, that Fred Grant of Gorham was elected chairman of the new committee for Cub Scout Pack 74, replacing retiring chairman James Ott Jr.

Mr. and Mrs. Fred Wilkins of Westbrook and Mrs. Ralph Waterman of Portland were Sunday guests of Mrs. Fred Maddox and son Donald in Bar Mills.
