Cara Chase sets up a Christmas display in the window of a vacant building in Biddeford. On Friday and Saturday, 32 nonprofit organizations decorated in vacant spaces downtown for the holidays. Chase is with the Kindness Center, an organization that seeks to inspire kindness in schools and the workplace.
