VESTAL, N.Y. — Alasdair Fraser scored 25 points and Maine defeated Binghamton 76-61 on Monday night in the America East Conference opener for both teams.

Justin Edwards added 15 points for the Black Bears (7- 5, 1-0), who have won four of their past five games and five in a row in the series.
