CASTINE — Sam Goda scored 23 points and pulled in nine rebounds to lead Maine Maritime Academy to a 78-45 win over Thomas College in North Atlantic Conference ( NAC) women’s basketball action on Thursday.

Goda was one of four Mariners (8-6, 5-3) to score in double figures as MMA rolled to its 17th consecutive win over the Terriers ( 2- 13, 2- 7 NAC).

Former Morse High School standout Maggie Smith scored 14 points for the Mariners.

Kate Thibodeau of Woolwich picked up seven points for Thomas.
