LEWISTON — Kristina Blais had a game- high 13 points as the Lewiston Middle School eighth- grade girls handed Bath a 36-24 setback on Thursday.

The Blue Demons led 10-7 after a quarter, 21-13 at the half and 27-15 through three quarters.

Signe Ostergaard had six points for the Destroyers, who were two of 12 at the foul line. Madison Savary and Olympia Serban added five points each. Defensive standouts were Megan Curtis, Maddy Olson, Madeleine Baker and Alexis Wyman.
