BRUNSWICK — The Mt. Ararat/ Lisbon boys high school hockey team celebrated Senior Night with a 4- 4 deadlock with Bonny Eagle at Sidney J. Watson Arena on Saturday.
“ Ian Pinette and Shauna Williams, along with goaltender Zach O’Connor and the rest of the defense played superb in this game,” said Mt. Ararat/ Lisbon coach Mike Bishop, whose team is 5-8-1 and visits Kents Hill to face Maranacook/ Hall- Dale/ Winthrop on Tuesday.
Thomas Gross, Justin Grant, Bru Abreu and Jeremy Williams scored for the Eagles, with Grant, Allan Leech and Tyler O’Connor picking up an assist each.
Josh Bagley and Shayne Plummer had two goals each for Bonny Eagle (5-8-1).
In goal, O’Connor turned aside 36 shots, while Scots netminder Garrett McElrath had 34 stops.

Played at Travis Roy Arena in North Yarmouth on Friday, the Eagles came out flat in falling to 5- 8- 1 Massabesic/ Old Orchard Beach.
Evan Tome, assisted by Grant, scored the lone goal for Mt. Ararat/Lisbon. O’Connor turned aside 20 shots.
AJ Gass and Baxter Parent had a pair of goals each for Massabesic/OOB. Goaltender Craig Finley turned aside 24 shots.
