NORTHFIELD, VT. — Norwich University had nine of its 2011 football team members named to the 2011- 12 Eastern Collegiate Football Conference all- academic squad.
Representing the Maroon and Gold was sophomore criminal justice major James Cejka of Brunswick.
To qualify for the honor, student/ athletes must be sophomores or higher academically, a two-year member of the program and carry a 3.30 cumulative grade-point average or higher.
Coach Mark Murnyack’s squad was tied with Gallaudet for the most individuals recognized.
