The Portland Area Youth Soccer Association fall travel program is holding a sign-up and information night on Thursday, April 5, at the Riverton School Community Room. New and returning players for teams U10 through U14 should sign up for evaluations between 6 and 8 pm. Those new to the travel program should attend a 20-minute meeting at 6:30 or 7:30 pm. The Maine Games state table tennis championships will be held April 14 at the Lewiston Recreation Center, 65 Central Ave., starting at 10 a.m. The event has three age divisions: under 18, 18 to 50 and over 50. Southern Maine Community College is again offering the Seawolves Soccer Camp. It will run from July 9 through July 12 from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. for boys and girls entering grades 4 through 9. Director Tom Monroe, who has coached at the college, high school and club levels, returns for the fifth year.
