Dennis B. Paine, 27, of 4 Loon Drive, April 4, 6 p.m., charged on a Brunswick warrant for failure to appear for an initial charge of assault; also issued a summons for operating after license suspension, on Middlesex Road.
Justin Bernier, 32, of Topsham, April 4, 10:34 a.m., charged with domestic violence assault.
