BRUNSWICK — Brunswick Parks and Recreation Department will sponsor Preschool in the Park on Friday from 10 a.m. to noon at the town mall on Maine Street.
A news release from organizers describes the event as follows:
Local preschool kids, ages 3 to 5 and their families, are invited to come meet the staff of the BP&R preschool program, play parachute games, and share balloons, snacks and drinks. Musician Matt Loosigian will perform his Earth Jam songs and crafter Heidi Boyd will provide face painting.
A rain date for the event is planned for Tuesday, Aug. 14, at the same time.
