RICHMOND — The Ruffed Grouse Society conservation group is set to host a benefit shoot in Richmond with proceeds used to restore and protect area grouse and woodcock habitat.
The Ruffed Grouse Society (RGS) has scheduled a clay bird shoot at Varney’s Clay Sports, 502 Langdon Road in Richmond, on Saturday, beginning with registration from 8 am. to 9 a.m. Shooting is from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
According to Russ Dyer, registration is $55 per shooter and includes a continental breakfast, lunch, one round of 50 sporting clays, etc.
