Imagine my surprise when opening The Forecaster and finding that Edgar Allen Beem is still writing “The Universal Notebook” opinion column.
After reading his column of July 26, 2012, informing us that the United States of America is not the greatest country in the world, I thought that he might have packed his bags and been on his way to the greatest country in the world. Which is where?
