STOCKTON, CA — Nancy Violet Griffin Rice died September 2, 2012 at Lincoln Square Hospice Home in Stockton, CA. She was born April 8,1942 in Brunswick, the daughter of William “Bill” and Elizabeth “Betty” Griffin.
She is survived by a sister, Norma Griffin Gayley of Bowdoin, two daughters, Vicky Johnson of Hollister, CA and Sandina Rice of Sacramento, CA, Six grandchildren, Nasarae and Savina Johnson and Donicio, Saauna, Dania, and Darius Rice. There are also many nieces, nephews and cousins.
She is predeceased by her parents and a brother, William “Bill” Griffin Jr.
There will be no funeral. A burial of her ashes will be done later at Gracelawn in Auburn.
