MARION, NC — Irene Ouellette Dale, age 68, of Marion, NC, went home to be with the Lord on Monday, October 15, 2012 at The McDowell Hospital with her loving family by her side. Born September 19, 1944 in Brunswick, Maine, she was the daughter of the late Albert and Diana Harvey Ouellette. She was a member of Nebo Crossing. Irene was not only loved by all that knew her, but was a friend to all.

She is survived by her husband, Charles Dale of the home; son, Charles Lee Kisselburg II and his wife, Sandi of Fairview, NC; daughter, Diane Lynn Kisselburg of Mills River, NC; three siblings, Al Ouellette, Pauline Drouin and her husband, Francis and Bob Ouellette and his wife, Lynn.

A funeral service for Irene will be held Thursday, October 18, 2012 at 12:30 p.m. at Nebo Crossing with Pastors Bob Ritter and Bill Long officiating. Burial will follow at Western Carolina State Veterans Cemetery in Black Mountain. The family will receive friends from 11:30 a.m. until 12:30 p.m., one hour prior to the service, at the church.
