The city of Westbrook has postponed two City Council committee meetings scheduled for Monday, Oct. 29 due to the weather. The council’s Finance Committee meeting has been rescheduled for Monday, Nov. 5 at 6 p.m. and the Facilities and Streets Committee meeting has been moved to Monday, Nov. 19 at 6 p.m.
