BATH — Two weeks ago, the Hyde School girls varsity soccer team played well but returned home after a tough loss to Kents Hill.
On Wednesday in the rematch, the Phoenix were ready, getting a goal each from Lutes Bartlett and Susanna McManus to pick up their first victory in three years, 2-0.
Diamond Brown picked up an assist.
On Saturday, Hyde traveled to Gould Academy and lost 6- 0.
Hyde midfielders Natalya Roman and Purple Zhao stood out, as did freshmen goalie Chloe Blaylock, who finished with 21 saves.
