Mondville right for Casco, Naples
Laurie Mondville understands the issues in Maine and is the perfect candidate to further Maine’s efforts to attract businesses and provide jobs for our citizens. This has to be our No. 1 priority. Laurie gets this and has the interest and agenda to continue improving the business, education and fiscal environments for Maine.
Revenues for a fiscally strong Maine require the finesse of a multi-staged plan effecting jobs, education and over-taxation. Local Democratic candidates are talking the need to increase taxes on the rich, only they have forgotten that Maine folks with money have already been overtaxed and for the most part have left Maine. Maine has also over-regulated and over-taxed their businesses. They lost a large amount of revenue because of folks and businesses fleeing the state. A large airplane manufacturing plant left Maine for Wisconsin for this very reason. They took 600 jobs with them.
When the Democrats tell you they need to raise revenue, rich must pay their “fair share “ etc., it really is the time to turn around and look at how large the Maine government has become. All states have to live within their revenue source. Maine’s revenue sources shrank because of over taxation.
Laurie Mondville understands it is the creation of a business-friendly environment that provides more jobs for folks and then these newly employed folks will be paying taxes to expand state funds.
When Laurie is elected, she will help maintain the staged work in Augusta to balance tax rates with an improved business environment while enhancing school curriculum to enable a work force for a renewed Maine.
Please vote for Laurie Mondville for state representative.

Gorden for Commissioner
Steve Gorden was very active in the development of the new Cumberland County Charter. As a result he is one of the most knowledgeable people regarding how that Charter should be implemented. In the last election he earned one of two available County Commisioner positions. Unfortunately, on the toss of a coin, he ended up with the one-year term. Now that he has learned the ropes, he would like to fill a full term.
His background, in engineering and business administration, in combination with his experience as the top officer in a number of public utilities, including one of the largest in the United States (Detroit), uniquely qualifies him to share insights from the “non-profit” business perspective with those of the public interests of Cumberland County.
Steve is an open-minded fiscal conservative with a genuine appreciation for the plight of the average citizen and the need for efficient use of limited public resources to benefit those citizens.
I urge you to vote for Steve Gorden in this election that is so important to the conduct of business with our tax dollars at the county level.

Another look at the President
We need your help by getting out the vote for a presidential candidate who can lead this economy and country back towards the Constitution.
Recently, I watched the documentary, “2016 Obama’s America.” It details Obama’s earlier life and education in Kenya, Jakarta, Hawaii, colleges he attended in the United States, and introduces the viewer to Obama’s radical and sometimes America-hating mentors. Included are Bill Ayers, a domestic terrorist, Rev. Jeremiah Wright, and Frank Marshall Davis, Communist propagandist. (Google them.) The movie shows how they shaped Obama’s core beliefs and how it has shaped his term as president.
Amazon sells the DVD for $13.99 or streamed instantly for $3.99.
Also, “Atlas Shrugged” is a movie that shows what happens to a country when the non-producers have the power to tell the producers how to run their businesses. It provides great insight into how economies operate, or don’t.
There are many sources for unbiased information about Obama and Romney, but the three major networks and largest newspapers are not the place. Rather, check out Foxnews.com, Investors.com, and CNSnews.com.
Investors.com especially has many excellent writers who are specific, detailed, fact-driven, and clear in explaining what’s really happening with our country’s foreign policy, national security and economy.
Some talk radio hosts will also share some points you might not have considered about our security, economy, the disrespect and disregard for the Constitution, and how they affect you personally.
Mark Levin at 9 p.m. on WGAN 560 FM in Maine is excellent. He worked in the Ronald Reagan administration, has written books including “Liberty and Tyranny,” “Ameritopia,” and “Rescuing Sprite” (his dog). Warning: He gets emotional, animated, and sometimes loud.
Radio host Glenn Beck, the author of nine bestselling books, can be satirical, silly or serious, but he always has a very thought-provoking program, again, with truths not shared by the major networks.
Please, make yourself knowledgeable and then help end this failed presidency and the weakest recovery ever.

Plummer will? do his best
With very few days left before we cast our ballots in this year’s election, many are pondering who to vote for as the best choice for them, their town, their state and their country. With so many choices and opinions it is sometimes difficult to decide, but one decision that should be more easily made than some others is our choice for the Maine State Senate in District 12.
We are so fortunate to have Gary Plummer running for election to office representing the towns of Windham, Raymond, Casco, Standish, Hollis and Frye Island. I have personally known Gary for 50 years. He is a caring and concerned citizen and devotes his time to caring for other people and their issues. He brings years of experience into handling situations to best help the people he is serving.
Gary is hard working, thoughtful, practical, knowledgeable and reliable, but his greatest asset is in listening to the people and their concerns. Many people pretend to listen, but many have their own agenda; that is not the case with Gary Plummer. Gary will take your issues to heart and do his best to assist you in any way possible to reach a satisfactory resolution to your problem or question.
You can be assured that Gary Plummer will do his best to serve you now and in the future if you will support him now by voting for him on Nov. 6th.
