
Jake loved music, going to concerts, camping, hiking, and snow-boarding. Jake enjoyed boating with his friends on Casco Bay. He especially loved his black lab, Riley.
Surviving besides his parents, is a brother Patrick Liam Horgan of Brunswick, ME, his paternal grandparents Timothy and Lois Horgan of Venice, FL, and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
Visiting hours will be held on Sunday, December 16th from 2- 4 and 6-8PM at Stetson’s Funeral Home, 12 Federal St., Brunswick. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday, December 17th at 11AM at St. John’s the Baptist Church-All Saints Parish, Pleasant St., Brunswick.
Memorial donations can be made to “11 Free Kick Cancer Celebration”. All proceeds to the Jimmy Fund/Dana Farber, c/o Ryan, 18 Coates Lane, Bradford, MA 01835.
