Against EL, the Eagles trailed 22-8, 41-19 and 52-28 at the breaks.
Zach Garvey scored 11 and Steve Johnson seven, while EL’s Thomas Cedre and Charles Cedre had 10 each and Salad Sheilth 15.
EL held a 34-20 rebounding edge and was 10 of 19 from the line, while the Eagles were seven of 17.
Against Oxford Hills, Mt. Ararat trailed 13-10, 23-17 and 38-31 at the break.
Garvey had 13 points and nine rebounds and Liam Brannigan eight points.
Oxford Hills’ Ben Mester had 14 points.
Both teams had 32 rebounds, while Mt. Ararat was seven of 15 at the line and Oxford Hills eight of 17.
