MIDDLETOWN, Conn. — Hamilton College senior Ian Nichols of Freeport had a busy and successful weekend at the NESCAC Swimming and Diving Championships, held at Wesleyan University.
Nichols took first place in the pre-consolation final in the breaststroke in 1:00.08. He finished 17th overall intheevent.Inthe4x400freestylerelay,Nicholas swam a leg as Hamilton finished fifth in 3:09.45.
In the consolation final of the 50 breaststroke, Nichols was sixth in 27.35 (14th overall).
