A committal service for Carrie Shaw Day, who died Feb. 13, 2013, will be held at noon on Tuesday, May 21, at Oak Grove Cemetery in Bath.

The entrance to the cemetery is off the Old Brunswick Road.

Arrangements are by Daigle Funeral Home, 819 High St., Bath.
