A second-half rally from the Greyhounds, led by Kyle Whitman, pushed Lisbon past Winthrop 3-0 in boys’ Mountain Valley Conference soccer action on Friday.
Whitman found the back of the net twice, while Austin Fournier scored once for the Greyhounds (1-3-1, scheduled to host Carrabec on Tuesday).
Whitman had strong support from teammates Zach Stevens, Austin Bedford and Kyle Welch, who each tallied an assist. Nate Bergeron made two saves in net for the shutout.
Matt Sekarek stopped seven shots on the day for the Ramblers.

In East-West Conference play on Thursday, the visiting Bobcats fell to 4-1 and are set to host North Yarmouth Academy on Tuesday.
John Randolph scored for Buckfield, which was outshot 19-13.
Richmond goaltender Dustin Sullivan made 12 stops and Sean Bernier, Tyler Soucy and Mike Stewart stood out.
“We played four freshmen and four sophomores at any given time,” said Richmond coach Joe Scribeilitto. “I was pleased with the way withplayed, the team is much improved.”
Brendan Emmons, Cody Tribbett, Matt Holt and Brady Johnson also played well in the loss.
