BIDDEFORD — University of New England field hockey player Hayley LaPointe of Topsham was selected Honorable Mention All-Commonwealth Coast Conference in voting done by the league’s seven head coaches.
LaPointe, a senior forward, finished with six goals and 12 assists to total 24 points — the fourth-highest mark on the team.
A four-year member of the Nor’easters’ squad, LaPointe finished her career tied for first all-time in team history with 30 assists.
UNE posted a 17-6 record and won the ECAC Division III New England Championship.
