We would also like to thank all of the walk-a-thon sponsors: State Farm Insurance (Tracy Bricker), Bob Akers Photography, Sea Salt Lobster, Gymnation, Trentalange Family Dentistry, Arundel Ice Cream, The Seafood Center, Faulkner-Teguis Orthodontics, Dale Carnegie Training, Sanford Flooring, Dairy Queen-Kennebunk/Wells, Allison’s Restaurant, Kennebunk Toy Company, First Protection Services, Kennebunk Savings Bank, Peacock Tree Preservation, Nadeau Orthodontics, Comeback Kids, The Ball and Skein, York County Pediatric Dentistry, Dream Acres Equestrian Center, and The Snazzy Pet Bed and Biscuit.
We are very grateful for the contributions of these wonderful local businesses.
This event would not have been a success without the generous support of our wonderful community. We deeply appreciate your commitment to our children and schools.

We believe it's important to offer commenting on certain stories as a benefit to our readers. At its best, our comments sections can be a productive platform for readers to engage with our journalism, offer thoughts on coverage and issues, and drive conversation in a respectful, solutions-based way. It's a form of open discourse that can be useful to our community, public officials, journalists and others.
We do not enable comments on everything — exceptions include most crime stories, and coverage involving personal tragedy or sensitive issues that invite personal attacks instead of thoughtful discussion.
