We need strategies in Augusta which will stimulate economic growth, strengthen public schools rather than divert public tax dollars to privately owned virtual schools, protect women’s rights and expand access to health care for low income Mainers. Jim Boyle has fought for these things as our state senator and he will continue to do so when reelected.
Closing the wage gap between men and women along with protecting and strengthening a woman’s right to control her own health decisions and having access to reproductive health care services are important to Jim. He has made expanding Maine Care eligibility to about 70,000 Mainers who cannot afford health insurance a priority. Republican controlled Pennsylvania has joined other Republican controlled states in taking off the ideological blinders to expand Medicaid coverage. We need to do the same.
Maine needs to reelect Jim Boyle in Senate District 30.
