TOPSHAM — Henry James Hartford passed away on Sept. 25, 2014, in the arms of his loving parents. In Henry’s short 11 months of life, he brought so much joy and happiness into countless peoples lives. He was a very special boy who had the ability to capture even strangers hearts on a daily basis. It was clear to everyone that Henry simply loved life and wanted to explore and discover all that this world has to offer.

Henry’s big beautiful blue eyes, his heartfelt and contagious smile, and his affectionate soul will be forever missed.

Henry is survived by his loving parents Graham and Lindsay Hartford of Topsham, his four Grandparents Richard and Teresa Hartford of Brunswick and Richard and Lorraine Robinson of North Yarmouth, his Great-grandma Dot Hill of Cumberland, his Great-nana Robinson of Brunswick and many other loving immediate and extended family members.

The family wishes to express deep appreciation for the compassionate and excellent care Henry received at Maine Medical Center. The doctors, nurses, volunteers, and full team were an incredible support to Henry’s parents and family during this very difficult time.

Visiting hours will be held on Tuesday, Sept. 30, 2014, from 4 to 6 p.m. at David E. Desmond & Son Funeral Home located at 638 High St. in Bath, ME.

The celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, Oct. 1, 2014, at noon at United Church of Christ, with the Rev. Bill Bliss officiating, located at 150 Congress Ave., Bath, ME.
