Arrests

A 15-year-old juvenile was charged at 9:36 a.m. Oct. 3 on a probation hold at the Spurwink School.

Erin M. Jackson, 34, of Brunswick, was charged at 11:55 p.m. Oct. 3 on a warrant from Brunswick Police for unpaid fines and for possession of heroin at Swett Street, according to police, who had arrived after a report of a disturbance.

Timothy P. Fraser, 23, of Freeport, was charged at 2:55 p.m. Oct. 4 at the intersection of Wadsworth Road and Katherine Street on a warrant from Freeport Police for failing to appear in court to answer a theft charge, operating a vehicle with a suspended or revoked license, and violating the conditions of release, according to police. Police said they were alerted to the area after an argument over a vehicle between Fraser and another subject.

Matthew M. Toothaker, 30, of Brunswick, was charged at 9:05 p.m. Sept. 29 with sale and use of drug paraphernalia after a motor vehicle stop near Regal Cinemas.

Marvin W. Norha, 78, of Brunswick, was charged at 10:52 a.m. Sept. 30 with violating a harassment order on Enterprise Drive, after being warned against shouting at a maintenance crew in the area.

Joshua Thomas Hart, 23, of Bath, was charged at 10:52 Oct. 1 for driving with a suspended or revoked license after a motor vehicle stop at routes 1 and 196.

Oram P. Young, 60, of Brunswick, was charged at 12:53 a.m. Oct. 5 with operating with a suspended or revoked license on Bath Road.

Kathleen A. Gilliam, 62, of Brunswick, was charged at 12:17 p.m. Oct. 5 with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer at Walmart on Tibbetts Drive.
