Pictured above is the vehicle of Tamer Tilahun, of Biddeford, which careened off of a Maine Turnpike entrance ramp in Portland, landing on its roof early on Sunday morning, according to police. Police say the 24-year-old had been drinking, and was driving too fast, when he lost control of his car on the snow-covered roadway. A Maine Medical Center spokesman said this morning that Tilahun has been upgraded from critical to fair condition.
